Job Title: Project Manager

Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of airport hangar construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations, aviation standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all phases of hangar construction projects, including design review, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout.* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.* Oversee compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, local building codes, and airport authority requirements.* Manage and resolve project risks, delays, and change orders.* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.* Prepare and deliver project reports, updates, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.* Ensure all safety and environmental standards are met during construction activities.* Foster positive working relationships with airport officials, inspectors, and aviation stakeholders.Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).* 5+ years of project management experience * Strong knowledge of steel building construction, concrete foundations, MEP systems, and aviation facility requirements.* Proficiency in project management software * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Core Competencies:
