Job Description
- Lead and manage electrical tool installation projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- Coordinate with Samsung engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate installations.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tool installation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Samsung’s semiconductor facility standards and safety and quality protocols.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical installations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify proper installation and functionality.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and issues.
- Resolve field-level challenges and escalate critical concerns to senior management as needed.
- Support commissioning, testing, and turnover documentation for installed tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, tool install protocols, and cleanroom standards.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with electrical installations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Familiarity with Samsung’s tool install standards or similar semiconductor clients.
