About the Position

The company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Renewable Energy Division within the Energy Group. This role reports to the Project Executive and is based in Moses Lake, Washington, with work performed primarily on-site at the project location or in the local office.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, planning, execution, and financial performance of complex renewable energy construction projects, with a primary focus on utility-scale solar. Travel requirements will vary based on project needs and timelines.

This position is eligible for the company's Operations Bonus Plan, and compensation is aligned with market conditions, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED required
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  3. 3+ years of experience managing renewable energy construction projects
  4. Utility-scale solar (PV) experience strongly preferred
  5. Proven track record managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
  6. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred
  7. Strong understanding of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting
  8. Experience managing union labor, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements
  9. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing project teams
  10. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
