Restoration Project Manager (RPM) Job Description
Reports To: General Manager or Owner
Role Summary:
Manage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties post-fire or flood.
Oversee renovation, budget control, and communication with owners and subcontractors.
Build trust-based relationships, lead teams, and ensure project completion to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet sales, gross margin, and brand experience goals.
Track project metrics bi-weekly.
Confirm budgets and work orders before project start.
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Build relationships with customers and vendors.
Participate in community events to enhance partnerships.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Construction project management experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
Self-motivated, thrives in high-performance environments, and enjoys working with clients and tradespeople.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base commission: $50,000-$100,000 annually, based on project production (no earning cap).
Company vehicle, gas reimbursement, cell phone, and computer provided.

Physical Requirements:
