NOTE:This position is offered as a hybrid role in the Seattle, WA area.You must be willing to work in office at the Nordstrom Seattle corporate office a minimum of 4 days/week to be considered for this position.

The Project Specialist supports the Nordstrom Design organization by streamlining workflows, enhancing team collaboration, and driving operational excellence across people, roles and processes. This position is ideal for an entry-career professional with a passion for fashion and creative problem-solving.

A day in the life…

  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design workflows.
  • Support digital asset organization and SharePoint maintenance.
  • Manage shared design tools and templates.
  • Track and report on key milestones in relation to seasonal calendars.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Apparel Design, Technical Design, Concept & Print Design) to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.
  • Effectively builds relationships with peer teams to influence projects.
  • Support culture-building initiatives.

You own this is you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts(e.g. apparel design) or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a creative or operational support role (internships count!).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with PLM systems is a plus.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$60,500.00 - $94,000.00 AnnualThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
