We are actively hiring Entry-Level Promotional Customer Service Representatives in Jeffersonville, IN for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities
Represent national brands and client partners at retail events, trade shows, pop-ups, and community activations
Engage customers with a professional, friendly, and confident approach
Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and brand messaging
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Track customer interactions and collect event feedback and lead information
Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and performance targets
Qualifications
18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and eagerness to learn
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation for event assignments
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required
