We’re a fast-growing cause-based marketing agency partnering with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to drive awareness and boost donor support through high-energy, in-person promotional fundraising events. Our passionate team combines purpose and professionalism to deliver measurable impact for mission-driven brands.
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our Pleasanton team. This role is ideal for energetic, motivated individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, brand promotion, nonprofit fundraising, and event management.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and promotional campaigns for top nonprofit partners
Set up and maintain eye-catching event displays and branded materials
Represent client brands with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy
Engage with community members to raise awareness and encourage donations
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, local businesses, and community partners
Support internal teams with marketing collateral, campaign execution, and detailed reporting
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus but not required
1–2 years of experience in promotions, customer service, retail, or sales (internships count)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Positive, motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Availability for some evenings and weekends to support events
Passion for social impact, nonprofit causes, and community outreach
