Starting at $24+ based on experienceRequirementsHigh school education or equivalent experienceValid CDL Class C with HazMat endorsement preferred2 years' experience in propane preferredCommitted to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity and innovationAble to speak, read, and write English18 years of age according to DOT requirementsAble to possess or obtain CETP CertificationAble to pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol testAble to operate Crane/ Lift Gate and Motorized CartAble to climb ladders and work off of scaffoldingAble to lift, pull, and/or push 75 poundsAble to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods of timeAble to furnish own hand toolsWilling and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and on call as scheduled ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair propane tanks and systemsInstall propane tanks and / or assist with tank installationsTrain other technicians when requiredProvide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedurePositively promote the company's products and servicesAssist other team members to achieve maximum success, safety, and efficiencyMaintain the service truck with the appropriate parts inventoryMaintain a neat appearance in proper, clean uniform at all timesPerform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all timesFollow prescribed credit hold policy related to service disconnections and connectionsPerform all duties in a safe manner insuring incident-free operationsReport any unsafe equipment, conditions, or practices to the Propane Service ManagerReport any incident or accident immediately to the Propane Service ManagerComplete projects and other duties as assigned by the Propane Service Manager
