CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable Residential Property Adjuster to handle daily field inspections in the Alamogordo, NM area. This position focuses on residential claims and offers steady assignment volume, flexible scheduling, and direct support from a responsive claims team.
Position Overview:
Inspect residential properties on-site to evaluate reported damages
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate
Capture and submit clear photo documentation with detailed notes
Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier contacts
Manage claim files efficiently and meet required reporting timelines
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software
Knowledge of residential construction and property damage assessment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Active New Mexico or designated home state adjuster license
