The Property Maintenance position is responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding all Crest Industries properties or that of a property associated with Crest Industries. This position coordinates with supervisor on all building related activities ensuring the quality, operation, regulation, and safety of all locations. This position will act as a key member of the ground maintenance team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates vehicles and necessary equipment to perform landscape maintenance.
Performs necessary care for established lawns.
Maintains and manages the repairs of tools, equipment, or structures.
Planning building maintenance and operational programs.
Provides proper upkeep of all ground's features.
Coordinates with management and building contractors.
Provide workers with assistance in performing duties as necessary to meet deadlines.
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments or units.
Coordinates building access and security systems.
Coordinate cleaning of internal and external facilities.
Ensure all compliance with local, state, and federal agencies.
Responds to building emergencies at all times, including outside of business hours.
Read and interpret building plans and blueprints
Conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality
Use computers, keyboards, telephones, and other office communication devices
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Obtains cost estimates.
- Performs analysis/quality control inspections of building equipment/systems and recommends upgrade or replacement
- Ensuring all utility systems are inspected in accordance with regulations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Work both independently and with others
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education and Experience:
- Degree / certification in related field from a technical program or commensurable experience in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Extensive knowledge of facility maintenance and upkeep
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general maintenance, building security systems.
