Job Description

Property ManagerSage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.Position Summary:The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing site employees, daily operations, and increasing the overall value of the asset. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures.Essential Functions:

Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams
- Hold staff accountable for all responsibilities
- Hire and develop team
- Create schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Implement realistic and attainable goals
- Lead and motivate team to ensure goals are achieved
Creation and oversight of budget
Timely reporting and communication with Regional Manager
Oversight of all third-party inspections
Oversight of renovation projects
Other duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs.
Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as needed

Requirements:

Minimum two years of property management experience required
Experience with leasing
Experience managing a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software
