Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations of a residential apartment community in Jackson, Mississippi. This is a high-impact role with real potential for career growth, offering autonomy to make key decisions and shape the success of the property.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of rental apartments.
Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and occupancy rates.
Supervise maintenance schedules, vendors, and service providers.
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance.
Build strong tenant relationships and ensure a positive resident experience.
Support compliance with government programs (including Section 8 housing vouchers) and coordinate with local agencies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in residential real estate.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and vendors effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills preferred).
Proactive, customer-focused, and able to adapt in dynamic environments.
Willingness to work in the southern area of Jackson.
