You’ll be handling various tasks to help maintain and protect vacant or foreclosed properties. We value dependability, quality work, and crews who understand the importance of on-time photos and reports.

You’ll be handling various tasks to help maintain and protect vacant or foreclosed properties. We value dependability, quality work, and crews who understand the importance of on-time photos and reports.
- Lock changes and securing properties
- Debris removal and trash-outs
- Winterizations
- Lawn and yard maintenance
- Minor repairs (roof patches, steps, doors, windows, etc.)
- Boarding up broken windows/doors
- Taking before, during, and after photos for all work completed
- Completing work orders via mobile apps or web portals
- Must have your own truck, tools, lawn equipment, and smartphone
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a photo ID
- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- Ability to follow work order instructions and complete jobs on time
- Clear, timely communication
- Photo documentation is a must
- Experience with PPW, Pruvan, or similar apps a plus
- Fast pay — within 48 hours of job approval
- Steady work volume across Alabama
- Supportive, responsive team
