Job Description
Brunswick Beaches has one of the most beautiful and laid-back atmospheres that the North Carolina coast has to offer, and a perfect location to call your new home! We are looking for a PT friendly and guest-oriented Maintenance candidate to join our team! Position includes PT hours in the winter, with the possibility of FT hours during peak season if you desire. As a proud provider of outdoor recreational activities and camping opportunities, we strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience. As a Maintenance team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for up keeping maintenance of the grounds and facilities, maintaining plumbing and electrical systems, and performing routine inspections to ensure safety. Previous experience in groundskeeping and maintenance work required, please see additional requirements below. Requirements
- Must have valid driver license
- Has a proactive and can-do mentality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use a chainsaw, leaf blower and rake
- Must be able to drive a tractor with a clutch
- Have a vehicle of their own
- Have basic electric skills (know how to replace a 30/50 amp receptacle)
- Have basic plumbing skills (know how to work on faucets, toilets, hose bibs, etc.)
