Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and help elevate our brand's visibility and reputation. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and implementing communication strategies that engage our target audiences and promote our initiatives. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with various departments to ensure our messaging is consistent and aligns with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other materials to promote events and initiatives.
• Maintain and build relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and public sentiment regarding the organization.
• Organize and coordinate public relations events, including press conferences and community outreach.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote content and engage with audiences.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience in public relations or communications, either through internships or prior roles.
• Familiarity with media relations and understanding of how to engage with journalists.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
