Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you are the last line of defense for system reliability and compliance. You will design and execute test plans that validate system enhancements, ensure Section 508 accessibility, and verify performance standards.
Your attention to detail will help identify defects before they impact recruiters, ensuring a modernized Air Force recruiting platform delivers a stable, user-friendly experience. This role directly supports trust and adoption by guaranteeing that new features work as intended in a mission-critical environment.
This role is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute test plans.
Conduct functional, regression, and accessibility (508) testing.
Track and report defects.
Collaborate with developers to validate fixes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
2+ years software testing experience.
Certification: ISTQB or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
Section 508 testing experience.
Salesforce testing tools knowledge.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
