The facility handles fresh and frozen seafood products, with an emphasis on food safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance. Operations include receiving, processing, cold storage, packaging, and distribution within a HACCP-driven, USDA/FDA-regulated environment. Quality assurance plays a critical role in maintaining sanitation programs, supplier verification, temperature controls, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products consistently meet internal standards and customer expectations in a fast-paced, highly regulated food production setting.
