QA Supervisor - 3Rd Shift

Location: Cincinnati, OH Salary: $55,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually Description: Off-Shift Quality Supervisor Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH Area Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Industry: Food Manufacturing Shift: (Flexibility Required) The Opportunity Judge Direct Placement is partnering with a leading Food Manufacturing organization in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area to secure a dedicated Quality Supervisor for their off-shift operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader with a strong foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift. Key Responsibilities Oversee all Quality Assurance activities during the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift, ensuring products meet regulatory standards and company specifications. Supervise and mentor QA Technicians and line personnel, providing training on proper testing procedures, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety protocols. Enforce and monitor compliance with critical food safety programs, including HACCP, SQF/BRC, and internal quality systems. Investigate quality and food safety issues, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs). Manage pre-operational and operational sanitation inspections, ensuring compliance before production starts. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality checks, testing, and audits. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control, preferably within the Food, Beverage, or CPG Manufacturing industry. Must be flexible and willing to work a 2nd or 3rd shift schedule. Basic knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards (SQF or BRC experience is a plus).
