Are you passionate about precision, science, and making a real impact on product excellence? Join AMMA as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician, where your expertise will directly influence the consistency and performance of our innovative materials. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of prepreg testing and support live production with real-time quality assessments—ensuring our products meet the highest internal and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and document analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Perform and review quality control tests including Viscosity, DSC Tg, FT-IR, and electrical testing.
Write and execute protocols for instrument qualification and requalification.
Troubleshoot instrumentation and test methods as needed.
Maintain and update specifications and analytical databases.
Validate test methods internally or through approved third-party labs.
Investigate non-conforming products and customer complaints, reporting findings to management.
Stay current with regulatory changes and recommend new technologies.
Support all other aspects of the QC department as needed.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Climb stairs, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed.
Work in environments with varying weather conditions.
Clear verbal communication for safety on the production floor.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Chemistry, STEM field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred.
Familiarity with instruments such as ICP/MS, UV-Vis, HPLC, HPTLC, and FT-IR.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical report writing.
