This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, supporting internal departments, and maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.The Quality Control Supervisor will:

Lead and develop the QC team, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.
Evaluate and test product quality to ensure all items meet company standards and customer specifications.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to provide technical support and training.
Interface with external vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.
Recommend updates to testing methods, product specifications, and quality processes as needed.
Stay current on industry standards and assist with periodic vendor evaluations and audits.
Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints.
Coordinate the provision of certifications, specifications, MSDS forms, and other regulatory documentation.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Quality, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Technical proficiency in product evaluation and testing methods.
Flexible, collaborative, and effective in a team-oriented environment.
