Job Description
- Oversee and manage the quality function across the manufacturing facility.
- Administer and continuously improve the quality program to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead supplier certification efforts, ISO system implementation, and act as the Quality Management Representative.
- Provide proactive quality assurance support using statistical and non-statistical tools.
- Supervise and develop team members, building a culture of quality and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Management, or Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience); 2 years of quality assurance leadership will equal one year of education.
- 5+ years of quality-related experience preferred
- Proficiency in CMM programming (PC-DMIS and SmartProfile experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and machining operations.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and computer proficiency.
- ASQ certification is a plus.
