Quality EngineerLocation: Webster, Wisconsin –located in scenic Northwestern Wisconsin, with convenient access to the Twin CitiesDo you enjoy leading teams toward operational excellence? Now, we’re seeking a Quality Engineer to lead our manufacturing quality function and help us drive the next chapter of excellence.What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage the quality function across the manufacturing facility.
Administer and continuously improve the quality program to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Lead supplier certification efforts, ISO system implementation, and act as the Quality Management Representative.
Provide proactive quality assurance support using statistical and non-statistical tools.
Supervise and develop team members, building a culture of quality and accountability.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Management, or Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience); 2 years of quality assurance leadership will equal one year of education.
5+ years of quality-related experience preferred
Proficiency in CMM programming (PC-DMIS and SmartProfile experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and machining operations.
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and computer proficiency.
ASQ certification is a plus.
