Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting people and processes? Boston Pads, a dynamic and fast-paced real estate network, is looking for an Administrative & HR Assistant (AHA) to join our team!

Boston Pads is a premier real estate technology and brokerage company serving the Greater Boston area. Our team operates one of the most powerful and data-rich real estate listing platforms in the region, and we support multiple affiliated offices, brokerages, and professionals. We value organization, teamwork, and attention to detail — and we’re looking for someone who shares these values to support our growing team.

This role is essential to the onboarding, coordination, and support of real estate agents and office operations. You'll be the go-to person for Monday new hire orientations, training logistics, compliance paperwork, and various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and onboard new agents every Monday with our “Intro to Boston Pads” presentation (in office from 10:00am–3pm).

  • Manage and coordinate agent training schedules across departments.

  • Maintain up-to-date licensing records and update license boards in all offices.

  • Ensure agent paperwork is completed and uploaded to internal systems weekly.

  • Attend and take detailed notes at weekly Zoom Meetings 

  • Create keycard badges and manage office credentials for agents.

  • Post job ads and distribute incoming resumes to appropriate teams.

  • Order and manage office supplies in collaboration with office managers.

  • Handle business card orders and related payment tracking.

  • Assist with occasional property management tasks in collaboration with upper management.

 Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative or HR-related experience strongly preferred (1–2 years minimum ideal).

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud-based file systems.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to take initiative and support others.
