Job Description
As the Real Estate Acquisition Manager your primary responsibility is to source property for a New England based real estate developer. In addition, you will assist in helping evaluate financial feasibility, assist in negotiating P&S Agreements and assist in securing permits. Your goal is to acquire properties that align with the company's development vision and maximize value.
Responsibilities:
- Property Identification 90%
- Source and identify potential property through various online platforms, brokers and owners
- Originate Off Market Targets
- Conduct introductory site visits and communicate with team of initial findings
- Market Relationships: 10%
- Develope and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Develope extensive contact list
- Develope in house data base of properties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven track record with real estate acquisitions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for research.
