Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers, support clients through every step of the transaction process, and provide exceptional service with professionalism and integrity.Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other partners.
- Create and manage property listings, descriptions, and marketing materials.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful and timely closings.
- Maintain a current understanding of local market trends and property values.
- Use CRM, MLS, and other real estate technology platforms efficiently.
- Follow all local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies.
- Active Real Estate Salesperson License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
- Basic proficiency in real estate software, MLS platforms, and digital tools.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- 1+ year of real estate experience (not required).
- Experience with digital marketing, property photography, or virtual tours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
