💼 What You’ll Do

Sell residential and investment properties to new and existing clients
Promote our property management services to investor clients
Build long-term relationships with real estate investors
Leverage company-provided leads to drive new business
Identify and present strategic investment opportunities
Collaborate with our property management team to ensure seamless client service
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Active real estate license in Tennessee and/or Georgia is required
Experience in sales, business development, or investment real estate
Strong interest in property management and portfolio growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your book of business
Familiarity with local market trends and investment strategies
