Watters International Realty is looking for a high-performing Listing Agent to join our elite sales team in Killeen, TX. This is a rare opportunity to earn commission and bonuses - while working a consistent flow of seller leads, appointment-ready and backed by one of the most powerful real estate marketing engines in the region.
What You'll Do:
- Attend 10 to 15 in-home seller listing presentations per month
- Follow up with seller leads, convert leads to appointments, and secure listing agreements
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and market conditions
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts from listing to close
- Oversee showing feedback and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate daily with your Listing & Marketing Assistant
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct seller consultations & listing presentations
- Host daily huddles with your support team
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers
- Guide sellers through every stage of the transaction
- Oversee listing marketing campaigns and MLS strategy

Requirements

- Active Texas Real Estate License
- 2+ years of residential experience with buyers and sellers
- Proven ability to close listing-side transactions
- Ability to work days, attend appointments in person, and maintain flexibility
- Reliable laptop, internet, phone, and transportation
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, email, CRM, etc.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- A four-year college degree
- Experience with builder listings or volume listing environments
- Familiarity with recent Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) forms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
