Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Outstanding Customer Service
Develop product knowledge in all areas
Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors
Setup and maintain retails on Direct vendor items including monthly price changes and promotions
Transmit weekly and monthly price changes
Utilize electronic transmission process to receive and process host communication and sort tags
Support and comply with all company safety/security standards
Able to maintain composure and customer satisfaction at all times
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task and maintain focus.
Strong customer service skills & effective communication.
Must have flexible schedule availability.
Computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, employees and management.
Strong math and data entry skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a typical retail work environment
Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend, reach as needed to perform duties
Ability to work in different temperature control climate, indoor/ outdoor
Extended repetitive activity for data entry
Extended exposure to s computer screen.
