Position Summary:

The Receiving Clerk & Warehouse Administrator is responsible for overseeing all incoming materials, parts, and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting service, install, warranty, and returns processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct company delivery.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of materials with Project Managers, Dispatch, and Field Installers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and parts room.
  • Ensure warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures are followed.
  • Ensure warranty paperwork and process for each vendor is completed, routed, and stored correctly.
  • Coordinate return logistics with vendors and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse experience and receiving processes (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse software.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily warehouse-based, with some administrative duties in an office setting.
  • Fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
  • Ability to pass MVR check
  • Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training
