Receiving Clerk/Delivery Driver

 

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking to hire a full-time Receiving Clerk/Driver for our Mason location at 575 Jewett Rd, Mason, MI 48854. Our deliveries hub is based in Mason, making it a central point for operations. The role involves fast-paced work, where drivers not only handle deliveries and pickups but also perform accurate receipt and tracking of inventory on a daily basis. This position is for first shift, Monday through Friday, offering full-time employment. Applicants must hold a Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record and be capable of lifting up to 80 pounds frequently.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Starting compensation ranges from $20/hour.

· Work Independently with Minimum Supervision

· Are Great Problem Solvers

· Have a Chauffeur’s License with a Clean Driving Record

· Have Good Customer Relations Skills with Clear and Concise Language Skills

· Utilize Technology such as a Laptop or Desktop

Essential Functions:

· Receive Inventory in an ERP System

· Maintain Accurate Inventory of Packages and Materials

· Administrative Tasks such as Printing Paperwork and Managing Emails

· Keep an Accurate, Detailed Record of Delivery and Pickup

· Load and Unload Vehicle

· Monitor Van Maintenance

· Consistently and Reliably attend Shift Ready to Work when Scheduled

· Ability to Lift and Move 80 Pounds Safely and Repeatedly

· Perform any Other Duties as Assigned
