Receptionist and front of office assistant

DPR Construction is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Front Office Associate to join our Tampa team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, support event planning, and assist with office supplies and meal arrangements to create a clean, professional, and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Order and replenish snacks and office supplies regularly
  • Assist with ordering group lunches and set up for meetings and events
  • Communicate with building management about facilities or service needs
  • Support event setup and coordination
  • Work with the Office Manager to maintain a clean, professional, and fun office environment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and support basic administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office support preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus (not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Work Hours:Up to 32 hours per week, flexible scheduling options available
