Position Overview
The Reception Executive Administration role is the heartbeat of our office operations—balancing professionalism, organization, and warm communication. Reporting directly to both company owners, this position serves as the executive assistant while also managing sales administration responsibilities.You’ll handle all lead, prospect, and client communications, ensuring that every client interaction reflects our company’s high standards. You’ll also assist the sales team—particularly supporting Nichole with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client updates. This is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on structure, loves multitasking, and enjoys being the dependable “go-to” person for both leadership and clients.
Key Responsibilities
·         Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
·         Support both owners with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communications
·         Serve as the main point of contact for all new leads, prospects, and active clients
·         Maintain accurate CRM data for leads, sales progress, and project updates
·         Assist with document management and client follow-ups
·         Coordinate appointments, consultations, and sales schedules
·         Prepare reports and updates for ownership as needed
·         Represent Kitchen Tune-Up’s professionalism in every client interaction
Qualifications
·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in office administration, executive assistance, or sales support
·         Extremely tech savvy 
·         Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM systems
·         Polished, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
·         Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
·         Experience in construction, remodeling, or design industries preferred but not required
