RECEPTIONIST – CANNABIS RETAIL📍 Location: DACUT Cannabis Retail💰 Starting Pay: $15.00/hour🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week
ABOUT DACUT:DACUT is a leading cannabis retailer known for quality products, exceptional service, and a welcoming environment. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests. POSITION OVERVIEW:As a Receptionist, you will play a vital front-facing role in our store. You’ll be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, managing check-ins, and supporting the daily flow of retail operations. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and communication skills will help shape a positive customer experience from the moment they walk through the door.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and check in all customers in a professional, friendly manner
Answer inquiries regarding store policies, products, and cannabis regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby/front desk area
Assist in managing inventory-related tasks and front-of-house logistics
Stay informed about current store offerings and industry updates
Ensure all front-desk operations comply with company and state regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required
General knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods, or willingness to learn
Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be 21+ and able to pass any required background checks
