Reports To: Project Manager/Estimator
Pay Range: $50,000-$100,000 (based on performance, no earning cap!)

What You'll Do:
Lead skilled tradespeople to complete renovation projects on time and within budget.
Build trust with homeowners and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality results.
Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Engage in community events and forge partnerships with vendors.
Continuously learn and improve through hands-on experience and training.

What We're Looking For:
Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Passion for learning and delivering results.
Construction experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Work indoors and outdoors, often in challenging conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Use of personal protective equipment as needed.
