Construction Project Manager – SERVPRO of Alexandria

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about construction and customer service? SERVPRO of Alexandria is growing, and we’re looking for a Reconstruction Junior Project Manager to join our team!

Position: Full-Time | Hourly Rate + CommissionLocation: In-person - 113 Clermont AveSchedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

Manage all construction project phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Track project timelines, budgets, and compliance with codes/scope
Document photos, contracts, and change orders
Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews
Handle vendor negotiations, permitting, and final documentation

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Construction management experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication & leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals
Personal phone (for work-related apps)

Physical Requirements

Standing/walking/driving for extended periods
Comfortable with ladders/heights
Able to pass a background check
