- Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Assess damages, estimate costs, and negotiate project scopes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to align mitigation and reconstruction work
- Maintain client communication and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met
- Proven experience managing residential and commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Xactimate)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Local travel required
