Job Description

This is a hybrid role, with approximately half of the time spent caregiving at a group home and half of the time spent on recreational activities with participants.About Agape of Appleton: A non-profit human services agency providing residential support services to individuals with differing abilitiesOur Mission: Enriching and respecting the lives of our residents by assisting them with their day-to-day lives.Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
Aid in recreational activities with participants, such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, puzzles, and gardening
Facilitate in preparing, setting up activities, and post activity clean up.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
