Description
The Recruiting Supervisor oversees the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to meet operational needs. This role leads a team of recruiters, develops strategic sourcing initiatives, and partners with leadership to forecast staffing requirements. The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for driving continuous improvement in recruiting practices, maintaining compliance with company standards, and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create proactive talent pipelines.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies, schools, and community organizations to support hiring initiatives.
- Organize and supervise job fairs, hiring events, and onboarding programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HR policies throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding; 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
