Job Description
Join our HR team as a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist! In this role, you'll ensure a smooth experience for candidates and new hires through efficient scheduling, communication, and onboarding processes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interviews and assist with offer letters.
- Conduct phone screenings for entry-level roles.
- Manage background checks and pre-employment steps.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS.
- Provide HR support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 3 years of HR/recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems; SHRM-CP preferred.
