Recruitment Coordinator

Department: Talent Acquisition

Full-time | On-Site

Location: Northampton, MA w/required travel throughout Western MA

Starting Pay Rate: $22 (Based on experience)

Position Overview

ServiceNet is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support ServiceNet's recruitment operations with a strong focus on in-person hiring and community engagement. You will represent ServiceNet at hiring events across all four counties (Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin & Berkshire), build partnerships, and support high-priority recruitment needs, while also providing administrative and team support within the Talent Acquisition department.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and follow up on hiring events, career fairs, and outreach across all four counties.
  • Build pipelines through schools and community partners; serve as a professional, inclusive ambassador at all events.
  • Ensure job postings and descriptions are accurate and updated.
  • Support Onboarding Generalists and Talent Acquisition Specialists; liaise with hiring managers to streamline recruitment.
  • Screen and interview candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles; maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Support onboarding and candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and track activities in the ATS.
  • Provide reporting on recruitment outcomes and collaborate with leadership on workforce strategy.
  • Perform duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in in-person hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
