Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the Bank's Business Banking production function within the region.
- Supervise, lead, train, and coach Business Bankers.
- Through use of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, assist and coach Business Bankers with achieving satisfactory levels of production with a proactive, systematic, and organized approach to business development, customer prospecting, and customer relationship management.
- Identifies and develops strategies for acquiring new Business Banking clients and servicing existing Business Banking clients in alignment with bank policy and strategy.
- May participate directly in Business Banking production activities.
- Participate in personal and team representation within the community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal business lines for successful referrals of products and services.
- Serve as the bank's lead source for information regarding regional Business Banking market activity, practices, and products and reports this knowledge to management.
- Ensure team compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications Required
(Required education may be satisfied by experience and/or working knowledge)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Five years' experience in business banking, treasury management or related bank services area with team management responsibilities
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate computer applications and basic business equipment
- Occasional travel for branch/department visits and business development (valid driver's license required)
Qualifications Preferred
- Ten years' experience in business banking or treasury management with team management responsibilities.
