Job Description
Bravera Bank is hiring for a Regional Retail Banking Supervisor in Billings, MT or Great Falls, MT. A Regional Retail Supervisor is a customer service facing position that works alongside the Retail Banking Supervisors and Retail Manager to oversee staff development, mentoring and training. The Regional Retail Supervisor must maintain a positive and professional image along with influencing positive business growth throughout the region.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for soliciting, developing and maintaining profitable account relationships to increase market share
- Responsible for overall region performance
- Manage the daily operations of the region
- Responsible for the appearance of the individual market location(s)
- Make calls on prospective and existing customers
- Originate personal loans
- Knowledgeable of all banking products and services
- Knowledgeable of banking laws and regulations
- Work closely with the Retail Banking Supervisors to oversee the assigned regions
- Work closely with the Retail Banking Manager
- Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.
- Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of banking experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Ability to be an independent thinker and decision maker.
- Must be able to travel to locations in eastern North Dakota.
