As online shopping continues to surge, we play a vital role in connecting businesses to consumers — reliably, efficiently, and at scale.We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and drive new business in a dynamic, hunter-style sales environment. The successful candidate will reside around the southern California area. This will be a home-based position with some local travel to visit customers.What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more.
- Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions.
- Overcome technical and business objections to close deals.
- Manage client onboarding and implementation.
- Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics.
- Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment.
- Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
