Job Description
WHAT WE OFFER:-2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists-Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day-We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices-Starting base pay between $43-50/hr *based on experience and skill set-We pay to laser certify all our hygienists-Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor-Our hygienists have daily production compensation-No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation-Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays-Quarterly bonuses that allow high performing hygienist to make more than $55-$65/hr-Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications-Innovative technology and software-Paid holidays-Paid time off immediately upon offer-Medical, dental, vision-Short and Long term disability-401k-No Weekends-Full-time hygienist can make $100,000-$150,000+/year in our high care, low patient volume model

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:-Active Texas RDH license-CPR Certified-Reliable form of transportation
