Job Description
- 401(k)
- Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Skilled Nursing required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Consistent schedule (42 hours per week)
