- Oversee and manage care services to ensure compliance with state regulations, CDC, and OSHA guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for patients.
- Coordinate client care services, including case assignments and management.
- Maintain records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Ensure our Caregivers adhere to professional standards and provide high-quality home care services.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for client care, infection control, and safety.
- Conduct and participate in quality assurance programs to improve services and outcomes.
- Provide orientation and continuing education opportunities for staff.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (active and in good standing).
- Minimally possess a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Must have graduated from a state-approved or accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 year of supervisory experience as an RN in a licensed home health agency or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing home health care.
- Experience with patient care, medication administration, and care plan development.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or digital health platforms is a plus.
- Availability during and after business hours or ability to designate a qualified RN in your absence.
- Job Type: Part-Time (initial short-term contract with the possibility of long-term extension).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote with occasional on-site responsibilities in Northern Virginia, e.g., in-person assessment and care plan development meetings with clients and their family members, which typically should take about an hour or so).
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
