️ Regulatory Manager - Norwood, MA (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Pay Range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Regulatory Technologists, fostering growth and excellence.

• Oversee USDA, FDA, CFIA, and export compliance across all products and facilities.

• Serve as the Regulatory business partner on cross-functional project teams.

• Manage Regulatory documentation, submissions, and compliance activities.

• Stay current on domestic and international Regulatory developments and educate others.

• Partner with QA and Validation to write and maintain SOPs and support SQF and customer audits.

• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across departments.

• Communicate business risk and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Lead cross-functional teams to align Regulatory execution with business goals.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Science, Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of Regulatory management experience within food or beverage manufacturing.

• Deep knowledge of USDA/FDA/CFIA and export regulations.

• Expertise with SQF Certification and compliance systems.

• Experience using Genesis Software (TraceGains a plus!).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining precision and compliance.

You'll operate in a hybrid role, balancing strategic leadership and on-site engagement in our Norwood, MA facility. When you're on-site, you'll follow GMPs and get close to the action - seeing firsthand the impact of your work.
