Job Requirements

The Rehabilitation Manager has the responsibility, authority and accountability for the management of their areas of responsibility within Rehabilitation Services Department. The Rehabilitation Manager plans, directs, organizes and oversees all department functions and activities. The Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for customer service, business growth, financial management, employee engagement, quality, and improving community health.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Requirement dependent on practice area

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited occupational therapist education program

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapist education program

Master's Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology education program

Experience

  • Three (3) years clinical experience in relevant practice area

License/Registration/Certifications

  • Requirement dependent on practice area

SC OT License and registered with NBCOT

SC PT License

SC SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence

CPR-AHA BLS

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Education

  • Master's Degree from an accredited occupational therapist education program
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited physical therapist education program
  • Doctorate Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology education program
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree from an accredited education program in Health Care or Business Administration

Preferred Experience

  • Five (5) years clinical experience, two (2) years leadership experience in relevant practice area

Preferred License/ Registration/ Certifications

  • Membership in State/National Practice Association
