A BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification is preferred, but not required. If you have the right personality and desire to learn, we’ll train you for success.
What You’ll Do
Rehabilitation & Patient Care
- Instruct patients through corrective and functional exercises that support chiropractic care plans.
- Apply therapies such as spinal decompression and Class IV laser therapy.
- Complete movement screens and measure patients for custom orthotics.
- Manage patient flow to create a smooth and positive experience.
- Assist the doctors and team with treatment support and documentation.
- Discuss patient key values, wins, and future goals.
- Feel comfortable asking for referrals, making product recommendations, and building relationships with the patients.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Create, support, and post to social media and marketing efforts that highlight our clinic and mission while attracting new patients to the clinic.
- Reach out, set up, and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
- Help promote special offers, educational content, and wellness programs.

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.
- Location: On-site at our Southwest Fort Worth clinic on Hulen Street.
- Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience + monthly performance bonuses after completing training. Option for salary for the right candidate.
