Job Title
Reliability Tech D Trainee - 1st Shift
Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Make mechanical repairs using knowledge and experience of mechanical systems and practices.
- Make necessary adjustments to equipment.
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of items such as mechanical power transmission equipment, bearings, pumps, packing and mechanical seals.
- Learn all hazards and safety precautions of all procedures.
- Follow oral and written work instructions.
- Report to management any quality and safety problems and potential production problems that are encountered while performing the job.
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner without bodily injury to self or others.
- Perform all related job duties and other responsibilities assigned by supervisor or department manager.
- Learn and use Ariba procurement system to order parts and supplies related to job.
- Learn and use EZ Entry/TPM system to set up and receive work instructions.
Positions available in the Heatset and Twisting departments.
Work Shift
8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
