Job Description
- Greeting and helping customers as they browse through the furniture warehouse.
- Helping customers move purchased items to their vehicles.
- Managing inventory and organizing items within the warehouse.
- Processing payment.
- Responsible for driving E-Commerce Sales- Manage the day-to-day online marketplace operations: customer service, maintain metrics/performance, update & post listings, create & optimize promotions
- Responsible for photography, including staging items for best images.
- Responsible for daily posting and responses on social media sites, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Discover new marketplaces, test and build new accounts as needed and serve as project associate to ensure all aspects of partnership are integrated
- Ability to keep up to date with online seller trends, mechanics, etc.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Social media content creator- Crafting engaging narratives through posts, images, videos, and interactive media to captivate audiences across various social platforms.
- HS Diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, competent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate using technology
- Ability and willingness to work with a team
- Dependability and reliability a must!
- A friendly, outgoing personality is a MUST! You will be talking to customers all day and should be comfortable making a sale without being too "sales-y." We want our customers to WANT to talk to you!
- A desire to help your community through giving back.
- You should be organized. We cycle through thousands of items a week and inventory must be managed and kept up to date.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a huge plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a bonus!Benefits:
